Museum of Fine Arts (Houston)
The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (abbreviated as MFAH) in Houston is one of the largest art museums in the United States and the largest in Texas. The museum's permanent collection spans over 6,000 years of history and contains over 63 thousand exhibits. The Audrey Jones Beck Building and the Caroline Wiess Law Building are two adjacent buildings (connected by an underground passage) that house the museum's main collections.The museum also houses the Lillie and Hugh Roy Cullen Sculpture Garden, the Glassell School of Art and Glassell Junior School, the Bayou Collections and Gardens. -Bend (eng. Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens) and the Rienzi Building ( Rienzi ).
