Midas Museum
The Meadows Museum is a contemporary art gallery in Dallas, Texas. This museum, located on the campus of Southern Methodist University, houses the most extensive collection of Spanish art outside of Spain, dating from the 10th to the 21st centuries. The Meadows Museum first opened its doors in 1965, and the current museum building, a Neo-Palladian structure, was completed in 2001. The former King of Spain, Juan Carlos I, and Sofia of Greece attended the opening ceremony of the museum's new building.
