Parque Tanguá is one of the most important parks in Curitiba, the capital of the Brazilian state of Paraná. It lies in the Pilarzinho and Taboo neighborhoods at the city's northern outskirts. It was created on November 23, 1996, by then-mayor Rafael Greca de Macedo, and was erected on the site of two defunct quarries.


It has an area of 235 thousand m2 and has the purpose of protecting the northern basin of the Barigüi River, near to its source in the municipality of Almirante Tamandaré. It contains two lakes and an artificial tunnel that tourists may travel by boat.
